Dipping source

MORE MARBLING

  • At the recent meeting for School Club consultants, we got to use some new marbling inks, suitable for decorating many surfaces, such as cardboard, glass, porcelain, terracotta, paper, and polystyrene.
  • Easy to use - add drops of coloured ink into a container of water
  •  Swirl to mix the colours into a pattern
  • Wear plastic gloves to hold the item and dip into the water which has the paint floating on the surface
  •   After each item is dipped, it is necessary to clear the remaining paint from the surface of the water (use a paper towel) and reapply more ink to do the next item
  • Hint: Double dipping can result in confused patterns
  •  Leave to dry
